The Flash Techniques is an evidence-based approach designed to lessen the impact of traumatic memories often associated with trauma, addiction, or even challenges faced in marriage counseling. This gentle and non-intrusive therapy process allows clients to maintain full control over how much they wish to discuss their memories. It offers individuals the opportunity to experience relief and healing without significant emotional discomfort, making it particularly beneficial for those who have faced childhood trauma that is difficult to articulate. This session is specifically for first-time clients; subsequent sessions can be arranged as needed.

Mental health counseling for children is an investment in their future, addressing issues like trauma and addiction. We work alongside parents to set goals for the mental wellness of their child and their family, ensuring a comprehensive approach that may include marriage counseling and therapy. Sessions can be one-on-one or may include parents or other family members as needed, and for some children, techniques like EMDR can be beneficial.

Group therapy sessions address essential topics such as communication for kids, strengthening marriage through counseling, and coping skills for teens dealing with trauma and addiction. These groups provide a cost-effective addition to your mental health treatment, allowing you to connect with likeminded individuals. Our therapeutic approach may also include EMDR techniques for those who need support during their childhood or adolescence.
